Job summary

Clinical Ink, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Director to oversee multiple customer programs from a remote location in the United States. You will ensure seamless cross-functional execution, governance, and delivery excellence across global clinical trial programs with a senior customer-facing focus.

You will lead a team of PMs, collaborate with partners, and drive continuous improvement, risk management, and performance measurement to accelerate study timelines and ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 7 years of clinical trials experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across a global environment.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight across assigned customer programs and ensure cross-functional execution.
• Lead governance and drive delivery excellence across global clinical trial programs.
• Mentor Program Managers, Project Managers, and Associate PMs to close performance gaps.
