Job summary

VML is seeking a Freelance Program Director to oversee the delivery stack, processes, software and hardware for a dedicated automotive client, serving as the primary liaison between client leadership and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will thrive in agile environments, manage complex production deliveries, and communicate strategic insights to stakeholders across interagency teams and agency partners.

Qualifications

• Ideally 5+ years of project and delivery management experience in advertising or marketing communications.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing technical, digital projects and campaigns (digital, CLM, CRM).
• PMP certification is nice to have; Agile implementation experience is a plus.
• Experience in large, multi-agency environments and global accounts.
• Self-driven with ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across remote offices.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovative initiatives, analyze plans and implement technical solutions in the roadmap for cross-brand projects.
• Consult and support internal production and account teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Own and grow client relationships with internal creative, social and tech leaders; contribute to proposals and new services.
