Job summary

VML is seeking a Senior Program Delivery leader to run the Ford Content Supply Chain transformation workstream and own activation, governance, sequencing, resourcing, tracking, and delivery across Ford stakeholders, WPP capabilities, partners, production teams, data teams, technology teams, and agency workstreams.

Qualifications

• Senior-level program delivery or transformation experience across complex environments.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable delivery plans and milestones.
• Strong governance, risk, and financial management experience.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across strategy, creative, production, data, technology, and client stakeholders.
• Experience with marketing technology ecosystems (Adobe, Salesforce, DAM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated delivery model for the Ford Content Supply Chain transformation.
• Translate transformation agenda into structured program plans with workstreams, milestones, owners and risks.
• Design and maintain the program operating system, governance, status reporting and executive updates.
• Coordinate across Ford, WPP, and partners to avoid silos and ensure alignment.
• Track health of workstreams and intervene to optimize sequencing and resourcing.
• Activate early opportunities and pilots into structured delivery plans.
• Develop documentation and templates to standardize delivery.
