Job summary

CIEE is seeking a Program Development Specialist (Temporary) to support the High School Exchange USA team. This role focuses on creating and executing a school outreach strategy to boost placements by Local Coordinators, identifying target districts and deadlines, and collaborating with the Regional Placement Manager to generate host family leads.

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.

• Sales experience (lead generation and conversion) in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Grassroots marketing experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage high-volume goals within tight deadlines.
• Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting.
• Experience with volunteer management is a plus.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
• Experience with CRM databases a plus; Salesforce experience preferred.

Who you are:

As a Program Development Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the High School Exchange USA team with developing and implementing a successful strategy to increase the number of placements made by Local Coordinators. This strategy should include identifying school districts to target and any relevant deadlines in addition to working with the Regional Placement Manager to identify host family leads.
