Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) seeks a temporary Program Development Specialist to help grow placements for the High School Exchange USA program. You will support a Regional Placement Manager, collaborate with teammates, and drive outreach initiatives to identify districts and host-family leads.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, strong communication, and experience with sales, grassroots marketing, and CRM tools.

• Support the Regional Placement Manager in developing a school and outreach strategy to increase placements.
• Work independently and with teammates to outline strategies and help with implementation.
