• 1+ years of experience with payer organizations.
• 2+ years of large-scale project or process improvement work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to perform complex quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to quickly build and maintain trust with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Governance Leads to track high-priority product initiative progress, status, and long-term opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to document, redesign, and optimize processes with a focus on automation and operational efficiency.
• Support content creation to drive overall program management.
• Develop executive level communications and PowerPoints to drive strategic decisioning.
• Support business case, KPI, and SLA development across high-priority projects.
• Partner with Compliance to understand issues and recommend changes.
