Job summary

Fluor Corporation in California is seeking a Program Delivery Support Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of major Civil Infrastructure for a high-speed rail program. The role leads design-build phases, ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and coordinates between authorities, contractors, and field teams.

The position requires extensive travel and a five-day workweek with extended hours.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in civil engineering and construction management.
• Twenty (20) years of work-related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead oversight of planning, delivery, and oversight of Civil Infrastructure including Early Works, structures, and guideway.
• Provide leadership for design, construction, testing, and turnover of Civil Infrastructure per standards.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, quality, and risk mitigation for timely delivery.
• Advise on management of interfaces among infrastructure disciplines and third parties.
• Review engineering documents, submittals, RFIs, and design modifications for constructability.
• Support procurement activities, contract administration, and change management.
