Job summary

Total Health is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage planning, promotion, and execution of oncology education programs across live, virtual, and hybrid formats. This role requires hands-on on-site presence and frequent travel to ensure flawless event delivery.

The ideal candidate will coordinate multiple programs, manage timelines and budgets, and drive attendee recruitment while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in meeting planning, conference management, event operations, medical education, hospitality, or a related field; healthcare or medical education experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of multiple live, virtual, and hybrid oncology education programs from initial planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain program timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep programs on schedule and within budget.
• Lead attendee recruitment and outreach to drive registration and attendance goals.
