Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in meeting planning or conference management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with event management or CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of live, virtual, and hybrid programs from start to finish.
• Develop timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep programs on schedule.
• Lead attendee recruitment and outreach to reach attendance goals.
• Serve as primary contact for faculty, vendors, venues, and partners.
• Coordinate faculty logistics, travel, accommodations, and on-site needs.
• Manage venue logistics, catering, A/V, room setups, signage, registration, and shipping.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Accreditation, and Finance to ensure deliverables.
• Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Schedule planning calls and post-program debriefs with documented actions.
• Provide on-site event management and troubleshooting.
