Job summary

Borealis Philanthropy seeks a Program Associate for the Disability Inclusion Fund to support grantmaking, meetings, and communications. You will work with the DIF team on RFP design, donor coordination, and grantee engagement from a nationwide volunteer-enabled staff.

The role emphasizes strong administrative skills, collaboration, and a commitment to disability justice and equity in philanthropy.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in the nonprofit sector or community work.
• Experience with Disability Inclusion, justice, equity and advocacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Strong administrative skills with time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and programmatic support for Fund activities, including design of RFPs and donor communications.
• Support donor meetings, forums, briefings and grantee gatherings with logistics and materials.
• Assist with prospect research, proposals and reports for fundraising efforts.
• Track DIF expenses and maintain program files; update webpages as needed.
