IXL Learning, a leader in EdTech, seeks a Professional Learning Specialist to help educators implement IXL with research-based practices. You will facilitate virtual and in-person professional development, deliver webinars, and host IXL Live events.

This role requires strong presentation skills and the ability to work across districts and grade levels. You must be a natural presenter, highly organized, and collaborative, with deep experience in K-12 education.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years teaching experience in a K-12 setting.
• Educational professional development experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a product expert, providing educators with implementation strategies tailored to their classroom needs.
• Plan and deliver virtual and in-person professional development for schools and districts.
• Travel to facilitate in-person sessions—up to 60% during back-to-school season and up to 40% rest of year.
• Host regional IXL Live events in collaboration with the events team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support schools piloting IXL.
• Partner with customer success to manage and grow customer relationships.
