Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience, ideally in marketing, communications, consulting, business development, client success, leadership, learning and development, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in consultative, one-to-one conversations
• Experience in relationship management, business development, marketing, client engagement, or similar professional environments
• Ability to generate interest, qualify prospective clients, and follow a structured process
• Self-directed work style with the ability to manage priorities and follow-up independently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, virtual meeting platforms, and digital communication tools
• Interest in continued professional development, leadership development, and personal growth
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing a flexible schedule
• Open to an independent, performance-based income structure rather than traditional salaried employment

Responsibilities

• Connect with professionals who have expressed interest in exploring a different path
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand their goals, priorities, and alignment
• Introduce qualified individuals to established personal and professional development programs
• Build and nurture professional relationships through thoughtful follow-up
• Use established marketing strategies and shared best practices to generate warm interest and develop prospective client relationships
• Manage conversations, activity, and follow-up using CRM and digital communication tools
