The position offers a performance-based income model with a salary potential of 120K+ annually and requires extensive marketing, communications, and consulting experience.

You will connect with professionals exploring new paths, conduct discovery conversations, and introduce them to leadership and personal development programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, consulting, business development, client success or leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for consultative conversations
• Experience in relationship management, marketing or client engagement
• Ability to generate interest and follow a structured process
• Self-directed, with ability to manage priorities and follow-up independently
• Comfort with CRM systems, virtual meetings, and digital tools
• Interest in ongoing professional development and leadership development

Responsibilities

• Connect with professionals exploring a change and potential new path
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand goals and alignment
• Introduce qualified individuals to development programs
• Build and nurture professional relationships with follow-up
