• Ability to generate interest, qualify prospective clients, and follow a structured process.
• Self-directed work style with the ability to manage priorities and follow-up independently.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, virtual meeting platforms, and digital communication tools.
• Interest in continued professional development, leadership development, and personal growth.
• Open to an independent, performance-based income structure rather than traditional salaried employment.
