Job summary

The American Association of Naturopathic Physicians is seeking a part-time Professional Development & Events Coordinator to manage CE content, webinars and the Annual Convention. This remote role requires strong project management across multiple events and collaboration with staff to deliver high-quality educational programs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in medical continuing education or event planning, CMP or interest in CMP, and proficiency with AMS/LMS systems.

Qualifications

• College degree plus 2+ years in medical continuing education, professional development, adult learning and meeting/event planning.
• CMP designation or interest in attaining CMP credential.
• Proficiency with websites and databases; willingness to learn HTML.
• Familiarity with AMS or LMS; YourMembership is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the education portion of the association's annual convention, including sessions, speakers and conference schedule.
• Develop and coordinate continuing education webinars and CE program content.
• Manage on-site convention logistics, registration and hotel coordination.
• Oversee CE approval processes, certificates and records for participation.
• Support marketing communications, event timelines and attendee communications.
