Job summary

American Association of Naturopathic Physicians seeks a part-time Professional Development & Events Coordinator to manage continuing education, webinars, and the Annual Convention for 400–600 attendees, including on-site and virtual logistics.

The role offers growth, collaboration across departments, and mentorship from senior staff; remote work in a distributed team with occasional events and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• College degree plus 2+ years in medical continuing education and event planning.
• CMP designation or interest in attaining CMP credential.
• Experience with adult learning, CME goals, and meeting planning.
• Familiarity with AMS or LMS systems and YourMembership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate education portion of the annual convention and speakers.
• Develop and coordinate professional development webinar series.
• Manage bi-monthly CE webinars and speaker communications.
• Oversee CE approval processes and maintain CE records.
• Coordinate convention logistics, on-site staff, and attendee services.
• Support online CE store development and interprofessional opportunities.
• Assist with registration setup in YM and attendee inquiries.
• Website content updates and support for major events.
