Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree (or equivalent experience) plus 2+ years of experience in medical continuing education programs, professional development, adult learning and meeting/event planning.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating CE activities, webinars, and conference logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the education portion of the annual convention, including sessions, speakers, and schedule.
• Develop and coordinate professional development webinar series and CE activities for physicians.
• Handle on-site and virtual conference logistics, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up.
• Support CE accreditation processes and coordinate with external organizations.
