Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business or health admin/HIM/HIT.
• Minimum 2 years healthcare experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years external coding/reimbursement experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional billing coding staff and oversee daily operations.
• Review work for accuracy, ensure adherence to policies and productivity goals.
• Develop, revise, and maintain coding and billing procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive compliance and financial performance.
• Provide training, education, and performance evaluations for staff.
