TruBridge, Inc. seeks an Institutional & ProFee Claim Biller to manage day-to-day billing for Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinic facilities in New Hampshire.

The role covers patient billing, third-party payer relations, and insurance claims processing with a focus on accuracy and service quality. The position supports remote work with strong emphasis on meeting production and QA standards, confidentiality, and collaboration within the billing team.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years Full-Cycle billing experience including hospital or Profee claims.
• Experience with Claims and Denial Que's.
• Familiar with Commercial and Medicaid claims.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• Detail oriented with strong follow-through and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Remote work readiness with a balance-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate business office functions such as patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry.
• Recommend and implement new processes; ensure controls per procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing for staff per third-party requirements.
• Follow up on third-party approvals, billing, and overdue accounts.
• Maintain production and quality assurance standards.
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist manager with coaching, training and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Support team projects and ensure dress code, attendance, and policy compliance.
