Job summary

TruBridge is seeking a dedicated Institutional & ProFee Claim Biller - Commercial to manage day-to-day billing operations for Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinic providers in New Hampshire. You will oversee patient billing, third-party payer relations, and insurance claim preparation while guiding a team to maintain accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of full-cycle billing experience, with emphasis on Acute Hospital and ProFee claims, and a strong ability to manage

Qualifications

• 3-5 years full-cycle billing experience including hospital and/or physician (ProFee) claims
• Experience with claims and denial queues
• Familiar with commercial claims
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Detail oriented with ability to follow through to resolution
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Coordinates business office functions such as patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry
• Implements controls for submission, billing and collections per procedures
• Handles follow-up on third-party approvals, billing, and overdue collections
• Ensures accurate and timely billing by staff per procedures and payer requirements
• Maintains production and quality assurance standards and high level of customer service
• Complies with dress code, attendance and other company policies and procedures
