TruBridge is seeking an Institutional & ProFee Claim Biller for a remote role focused on commercial billing for Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinic sites in New Hampshire. You will coordinate patient billing, insurance submissions, and denials, ensuring accuracy and timely processing across multiple facilities.

Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years of full-cycle billing experience, including acute hospital or ProFee claims, with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

• Minimum 3–5 years full-cycle billing experience, including hospital and/or ProFee claims.
• Familiar with commercial claims and denial queues.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and follow-through.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates business office functions including patient billing, credit/collections, and data entry.
• Implements controls and procedures for timely submission, billing, and collections.
• Monitors third-party approvals and overdue accounts follow-up.
• Ensures compliant, timely and accurate billing per procedures.
• Maintains quality customer service per company/client policies.
• Supports manager with coaching, training and discipline as needed.

The Institutional & ProFee Claim Biller - Commercial position is responsible for day-to-day execution of TruBridge’s complete business office services.This position is responsible for providing TruBridge claims processing services to Critical Access Hospital (UB-04) and Rural Health Clinic (CMS-1500) facilities in New Hampshire. This includes coordinating the day to day activities of a hospital's or clinic’s business office such as patient billing and collection, third-party payer relations, and/or preparation of insurance claims.Essential Functions: In addition to working as prescribed in our Performance Factors specific responsibilities of this role include:Coordinates business office functions and personnel that may include, but is not limited to patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry.Recommends new processes and changes in current processes.Implements controls to ensure appropriate submission, billing and credit and collections are kept in accordance with established proceduresImplements appropriate procedures for follow-up on third party approvals, billing, and collection of overdue accountsEnsures that accurate and timely billing is being done by staff members in accordance with established procedures and third-party requirementsResponsible for consistently meeting production and quality assurance standardsMaintains quality customer service by following company policies and procedures as well as policies and procedures specific to each customerUpdates job knowledge by participating in company offered education opportunitiesProtects customer information by keeping all information confidentialProcesses miscellaneous paperworkAbility to work with high profile customers with difficult processesMay regularly be asked to help with team projectsResponsible for assisting manager in the management of employees which would include coaching, training and performing necessary disciplinary actions including following up on action plans for their employees.Maintains quality customer service by following company policies and procedures as well as policies and procedures specific to each customerEnsures employee compliance with dress code, attendance and other company policies.Processes miscellaneous paperwork and performs other administrative duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements:Education/Experience/Certification RequirementsAt least 3-5 years Full-Cycle billing experience, to include BOTH Acute Hospital and/or Physician (Profee) claimsExperience with Claims and Denial Que's REQUIREDFamiliar with Commercial claims REQUIREDStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience needed.Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills with a strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow throughWhy join our team?Work remotely with a work/life balance approachRobust benefits offering, including 401(k)Generous time off allotments10 paid holidays annuallyEmployer-paid short term disability and life insurancePaid Parental Leave
