Qualifications

• 3–5 years full-cycle billing experience including hospital and physician (ProFee) claims.
• Experience with claims and denials is required.
• Familiarity with commercial insurance claims is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient billing, collections, and data entry for assigned accounts.
• Recommend and implement process improvements in billing workflows.
• Ensure accurate submission, billing, and collections in line with procedures.
• Follow up on third-party approvals, billing, and overdue accounts.
• Maintain quality customer service and protect patient information.
