Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a motivated ProFee Coder with at least 1 year of Primary Care coding experience to join our team in a fully remote role. You will handle high-volume coding for a busy family practice clinic, including HCC diagnostic coding and annual and physical exams.

Ideal candidates must be current AHIMA or AAPC certified and demonstrate strong knowledge of ICD/CPT coding guidelines and remote work readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year recent experience in E/M Family Practice coding.
• Must be certified through AHIMA or AAPC.
• Remote position requires ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Code diagnostic and procedural information according to coding guidelines.
• Abstract clinical information into the EMR and ensure complete records.
• Provide quality assurance for medical records and compliance.
• Prepare reports as assigned.
