Managed Resources, Inc. is seeking a ProFee E/M Clinic Coder for a remote, full-time role in the United States. The position focuses on coding CPT, E/M, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM with accuracy and adherence to client protocols. Collaboration with providers for clarification is expected.

Qualified candidates will have CPC or CCS-P credentials and at least five years of recent coding experience. The role supports professional growth and offers benefits typical for full-time healthcare contractors.

Qualifications

• Must hold CPC or CCS-P certification.
• Minimum five years’ recent experience coding CPT, E/M, HCPCS and ICD-10-CM.
• Advanced knowledge of coding guidelines and data entry.
• Experience querying providers and handling documentation issues.

Responsibilities

• Abstract CPT, E/M, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM codes from the medical record.
• Enter data accurately into client software and Excel reports.
• Evaluate physician documentation for quality improvement measures.
• Perform accurate coding using applicable guidelines and client protocols.
• Communicate with clients/providers for clarification and missing docs.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on changes, volume, and questions.
• Track time accurately in the timekeeping system.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and coding standards.
