As the single point of contact for production issues, you will own operational incident response, collaborate with the engineering and product teams, and ensure reliability of member portals and backend APIs.

You will investigate bugs, triage and resolve incidents, monitor bug trackers, and keep the release pipeline healthy to minimize downtime.

• Investigate, triage, and resolve bugs affecting production systems, focusing on operations team and member experience.
• Monitor bug tracking systems, identify recurring issues, and prioritize fixes to reduce disruptions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the release pipeline to minimize downtime and unblock developers.
