CrowdHealth is a remote, mission-driven startup focused on making healthcare more transparent and affordable. As the single point of contact for production issues, you will own operational incident response, collaborate with the engineering and product teams, and ensure reliability of member portals and backend APIs.

You will investigate bugs, triage and resolve incidents, monitor bug trackers, and keep the release pipeline healthy to minimize downtime.

Job description

What You'll Do:

• Investigate, triage, and resolve bugs affecting production systems, focusing on operations team and member experience.

• Maintain and troubleshoot the release pipeline to minimize downtime and unblock developers.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across backend systems.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, back-end REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of secure methods for user data management and release coordination across stakeholders.

What We Offer:

• Annual salary of $130,000 - $140,000 based on experience, plus equity.
• Health support stipend and remote flexibility.
