Job summary

Cotiviti in the United States is seeking a Support Engineer to assist in managing recovery efforts for production events, SLA impacts, and client satisfaction.

You will work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, escalate issues, and contribute to knowledge base and training. This role includes on-call rotations and collaboration with Implementations, Development, QA, and Configuration teams to ensure reliable production deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience developing/supporting enterprise-level applications in Windows or Linux servers.
• Deep knowledge of application architectures, workflows and monitoring tools.
• Strong experience with SQL/Oracle/PL/SQL and DB management tools; proficiency with scripting.

Responsibilities

• Works with clients and management for production events, escalating issues while communicating status and risks.
• Serve as liaison between technical and operational teams; troubleshoot to resolve application issues and client requests.
• Monitor support ticket queue; troubleshoot issues across systems, networks and applications, and escalate as needed.
