Job summary

Trulieve is seeking aProduction Recruiter (Temp) in Tallahassee, FL to lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume production roles. You will coordinate with managers to plan headcount and oversee candidate outreach in our ATS/HRIS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of positions.
• Background recruiting in retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or other high-volume environments.
• Experience working within ATS and HRIS systems; SAP and/or SuccessFactors preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel knowledge.
• You are highly motivated, confident, and high-energy.
• Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• You are adaptable to changing priorities.
• You are organized and can manage numerous candidates with timely follow-up.
• You are a strong, engaging communicator with a knack for selling candidates.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates and coordinate phone screens and interviews via email, phone, and ATS tools.
• Facilitate reference checks, background checks, and offer negotiation.
• Maintain candidate data and outreach in our application tracking system.
• Work closely with hiring managers on headcount planning and process.
• Track recruiting data to report and identify areas for improvement.
• Represent Trulieve at recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives to strengthen employer branding.
• Support additional recruiting efforts and special projects as necessary.
