Job summary

• Experience with 24x7 production support and incident triage.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow ticketing and RCA processes.
• Ability to perform patch/vulnerability remediation and DR planning.
• Experience with backup/restore, operational reporting, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 production support and incident triage.
• Lead RCA and incident investigations with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate patching, vulnerability remediation, and DR readiness.
• Generate and communicate operational reports and performance metrics.
