Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline.
• 1+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with process improvement and optimization.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen exposure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production.
• Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for improvement in productivity, cost, quality, and throughput.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing issues, quality concerns, and process interruptions.
• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, standard work instructions, and process specifications.
• Partner with Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve plant performance.
• Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and production transfers.
• Investigate equipment performance and recommend upgrades or process enhancements.
• Monitor production KPIs and develop action plans to achieve targets.
• Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
