Job summary

Research To Practice (RTP), a leading CME provider in oncology and hematology, is seeking a Production and Editorial Manager - Research to Practice (Remote). The role oversees the production lifecycle for enduring educational programs across digital, print, and multimedia, coordinating editorial, design, audio/video, copyediting, marketing, and web teams.

You will ensure on‑time delivery, final quality, and consistency, performing proofreading and light copyediting, while driving workflow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years proofreading, copyediting, editorial production, or media production experience.
• Experience serving as final quality control reviewer for published materials.
• Production management or cross-functional project management experience preferred.
• Excellent written communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• High proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with project management/annotation platforms like Asana, Airtable, Front, GoProof or similar.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage multiple production timelines for enduring educational programs across digital, print, and promotional initiatives.
• Coordinate production schedules across editorial, design, multimedia, web, marketing, and project management teams for timely delivery.
• Monitor project status, identify risks, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Provide concise status reporting to executive leadership.
• Maintain final look and feel of published materials across formats.
• Perform proofreading, light copyediting, formatting, and QA on materials.
• Ensure compliance with editorial standards and privacy policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve language quality, readability, usability, and consistency.
