Job summary

Research To Practice (RTP) is a leading provider of continuing medical education programs that deliver expert perspectives on clinical research and emerging data in oncology and hematology.

The role focuses on proofreading, copyediting, QA, and coordinating production across educational, editorial, design, multimedia, web, and marketing teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years in proofreading, copyediting, editorial or media production.
• Experience as final quality control reviewer for published materials.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and learning PM tools like Asana/Airtable/GoProof.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage multiple production timelines for programs across channels.
• Coordinate schedules across editorial, design, multimedia, web, and marketing.
• Serve as final quality checkpoint for educational materials.
• Proofread, copyedit, and QA educational and promotional materials.
• Perform web product QA including functionality and UX.
• Maintain production workflows and style guides.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure project success.
