Job summary

Research To Practice (RTP) is seeking a Scientific Director - Research to Practice (Remote) to lead high-quality CME content across oncology and hematology. You will collaborate with Dr. Neil Love, design live and digital CME initiatives, and ensure scientific rigor and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee program development, guide faculty and content teams, and evaluate outcomes while maintaining RTP's standards of excellence and impact. Travel to major conferences is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in medical communications, CME or related field, oncology preferred.
• Strong ability to interpret clinical oncology data and communicate clearly.
• Experience writing CME content and conducting needs assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership for CME programs in oncology/hematology.
• Collaborate with Dr. Neil Love and RTP team on CME program development.
• Design and execute all CME elements: needs assessment, objectives, formats, outcomes.
• Ensure content aligns with ACCME standards and RTP style.
• Oversee live programs, faculty development, and on-site interfacing with faculty.
• Analyze assessment data and present insights to executive leadership.
• Manage 1-2 junior scientific staff.
