Qualifications

• Requires advanced scientific or clinical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or MS).
• 3+ years of experience in medical communications, CME, or related field—preferably with oncology.
• Strong understanding of ACCME standards, FDA regulations, and PhRMA code.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment with multiple ongoing projects.
• Travel required 5 times per year to major scientific conferences.

Responsabilités

• Provide scientific leadership and program development for CME initiatives in oncology and hematology.
• Collaborate with Dr. Neil Love and RTP team to design and oversee CME programs.
• Lead needs assessments, learning objectives, and format/outcomes planning for CME activities.
• Ensure content accuracy, balance, and compliance with ACCME guidelines.
• Manage 1–2 junior scientific staff and coordinate live/digital educational programs.
