Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors in Hartford, CT seeks a Production Coordinator to support the Production Team, Project Managers and Restoration staff to ensure scheduled goals are met. You will plan, schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and documentation to maximize project performance, with accountability for timely reporting, budgets, and quality control.

This role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Must demonstrate a high level of accuracy and consistent work performance.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and multi-tasking skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to engage in teams and different personality types.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office. Advanced Excel user.

Responsibilities

• Primarily provides support to Operations Production Team and Project Managers/Restoration Superintendents.
• Creates and prepares subcontractor agreements and invoices, as needed.
• Obtains appropriate purchase orders from vendors.
• Tracks equipment and materials.
• Oversees timecards of the appropriate Ops/recon personnel.
• Ensures activity and compliance of jobs in progress.
• Guarantees a proper budget management.
• Production report management with Production Team.
• Field Connect report.
• Exaktime reporting.
• Ensures the overall TPA program compliance.
• Permit Expediting administration.
• Customer satisfaction/surveys.
• Audits support, when required.
• Ad hoc analysis and reporting.
