About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Production Coordinator to manage and streamline production processes from a distance. This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, managing inventory, liaising with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring that production targets are met efficiently. The ideal candidate is a master of organization, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a virtual team environment, leveraging technology to maintain seamless operations and drive productivity across our dispersed manufacturing network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize production schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with remote production teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth workflow and material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control processes, initiating reorders as necessary to prevent shortages.
• Liaise with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet required standards throughout the remote production cycle.
• Utilize project management and communication tools to track progress, report on key metrics, and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports on output, efficiency, and potential bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Production Coordination , Planning, or related role, preferably within a manufacturing context.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency with production planning software , ERP systems, and collaborative online tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with remote teams.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work autonomously in a remote work environment .
• A degree or diploma in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
