Job summary

InterVarsity Press (IVP) seeks an Associate Production Artist to provide graphic production expertise and administrative support to the creative team. The role focuses on producing covers, marketing assets, and digital graphics while upholding IVP’s brand identity.

You will work remotely from the USA, collaborating with vendors, design staff, and stakeholders to deliver print-ready files and maintain digital archives. A portfolio and familiarity with HTML are preferred.

Qualifications

• Affirmation of InterVarsity’s Statement of Faith.
• Associate Degree in Art or Design preferred.
• Portfolio of recent work required.
• Tech-savvy and quick learner.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop.
• Experience with HTML is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing asset designs for digital channels (Amazon, social media, websites).
• Prepare and shepherd front and back covers through production and archives.
• Deliver print-ready production files to print vendors and sign off on proofs.
