InterVarsity Press (IVP) is seeking an Associate Production Artist for a remote, full-time role. You will provide graphic production expertise and administrative support to the creative director, graphic designer, and internal stakeholders to bring titles to market while upholding IVP's visual identity.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in art/design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, with remote-work capability and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Art or Design preferred.
• Portfolio of recent work.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Experience with HTML is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and ClickUp is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing asset designs for digital channels (Amazon, social, websites).
• Design and prepare author support assets (PowerPoint templates, author videos).
• Prepare front and back covers; coordinate with archives and stakeholders.
• Deliver print-ready production files to print vendors and sign off proofs.
• Support digital asset management and maintain image archives.
