Job summary
Watts Water Technologies seeks a Product Sustainability Manager to drive the company’s sustainability program across product lines. You will lead LCA initiatives, define metrics, and partner with engineering, supply chain, and marketing to embed sustainable practices in development and decision-making.
Remote role in the United States with up to 25% travel. You will influence sustainability strategy, contribute to annual reports, and help Watts strengthen its position as a sustainability leader
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level technical degree required.
- Minimum 5 years in product sustainability or related field.
- Experience with LCA and sustainability metrics/reporting.
- Strong collaboration across functions and excellent communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product sustainability program across Watts products.
- Lead LCA initiatives to measure environmental impact and identify improvement opportunities.
- Establish metrics, reporting frameworks, and data inventories for sustainability performance.
- Collaborate with product development, engineering, supply chain, and marketing on sustainability integration.
- Support annual sustainability reporting and external disclosures.
