Komatsu in the Baltimore area is seeking a Senior Account Manager for attachments. You will own accountability for customer relationships and lead for parts, components and services to distributors and major accounts.
You will liaise with product support and factory engineering to ensure clear communication of issues, drive life-cycle improvements, and maximize uptime while enhancing customer experience. Travel is expected to be substantial across the US market and a strong leadership presence

Attachment Account Managers own accountability for customer relationships, providing tactical leadership and management for all aspects of parts, components and services delivered to distributors and major accounts. Account managers also provide liaison to product support and factory engineering to ensure faultless communication of user issues. This role will participate with input to total life cycle improvement and recognize opportunities for process improvement to ensure an integrated delivery system that meets customer requirements, minimizing downtime while maximizing the customer experience. This role recognizes that responsiveness to customer needs is imperative to success. This role will be responsible for developing and growing Sales and Field Service business in the US market.
Percentage of Travel: 90%
