Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Product Specialist within the Measurement & Learning Product Management team to bridge Product Management, Professional Learning, Product Support, and Partner Success. You will translate product capabilities into training, support, and go-to-market assets, and help shape solutions addressing educator and district needs.

Working with senior PMs, you’ll gather requirements, document workflows, and enable adoption while contributing to discovery and delivery across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5+ years in educational tech, assessment, professional learning, product support, curriculum development, or related fields.
• Experience creating training, professional learning, or customer-facing content.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, or supporting product development.

Responsibilities

• Translate product capabilities into scalable training, support, and go-to-market assets.
• Gather requirements, facilitate design discussions, and document workflows.
• Collaborate across product, design, engineering, marketing, and training teams.
• Help shape solutions addressing educator and district needs.
• Partner with senior Product Managers to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.
