Job summary

Pearson, a world-leading education company, is seeking a Product Specialist to bridge Product Management with learning teams and customers. You will translate complex product capabilities into scalable training and go-to-market assets while shaping solutions for educators and districts.

Working with senior Product Managers, you will help ensure products are understood, adopted, and improved, contributing to product discovery, requirements, and documentation across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3–5+ years of experience in educational technology, assessment, professional learning, product support, curriculum development, or related fields.
• Experience creating training, professional learning, support materials, or customer-facing content.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, or supporting product development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between Product Management, Professional Learning, Product Support, and Partner Success to enable product adoption.
• Translate product capabilities into clear, scalable training, support, and go-to-market assets.
• Support product discovery and delivery by gathering requirements and documenting workflows.
• Collaborate across design, engineering, marketing, and training teams to shape solutions for educators and districts.
