Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5+ years in educational technology, assessment, professional learning, product support, curriculum development, or related fields.
• Experience creating training, professional learning, or customer-facing content.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting workflows for product development.

Responsibilities

• Translate product capabilities into training, support, and go-to-market assets.
• Gather requirements, facilitate design discussions, and document workflows.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, marketing, and training teams.
• Help shape solutions addressing educator and district needs.
• Support product discovery and contribute to roadmap execution.
• Ensure products are well understood, adopted, and continuously improved.
