Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Product Security Lead to shape the product security strategy and embed security-by-design across the engineering lifecycle. You will partner with engineering, product, sales, and customer-facing teams to strengthen cloud and platform protections while supporting trust with customers and stakeholders.
Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $125,000–$150,000 annually.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years in application, product, or cloud security.
- Strong SSDLC background required.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the vision and roadmap for product security.
- Embed security-by-design into the engineering lifecycle.
- Fortify cloud and platform architecture against threats.
- Oversee risk identification and vulnerability management.
- Support sales and customer security reviews while showcasing security maturity.
- Translate regulatory requirements into practical security controls.
- Collaborate on product telemetry and secure deployment patterns.
