Job summary

BCD Travel in the United States is seeking a Manager Product Planning for Agent User Experience, Travel Experience & Commerce, focused on remote delivery. You will lead product planning, requirements, and readiness, aligning roadmap with operations and business priorities.

Work with global and regional stakeholders to define requirements, manage releases, coordinate testing, and produce clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to translate status into updates for leadership and teams.
• Ability to work independently in a supportive team environment.
• Excellent time-management and project-management skills balancing multiple initiatives and release readiness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaborative tools used to create documentation and reports.
• Ability to use data and operational insight to make informed decisions.
• Adaptability to changing priorities in a virtual, regional or global team.
• Experience in business travel or travel management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product planning and roadmap alignment for assigned agent-facing tools and functionality, ensuring product direction supports goals and agent experience.
• Define and manage product requirements, user stories, success measures, and release priorities with stakeholders.
• Evaluate business needs, adoption trends, feedback, and issues to guide decisions and improvement.
• Ensure product changes align with agent experience, workflows, client impact and business objectives.
• Identify gaps and future enhancement opportunities; assess feasibility and present recommendations.
• Review product performance, adoption metrics, and user impact to identify improvements.
• Oversee readiness, testing strategy, communication planning, training, and hypercare for releases.
• Coordinate testing participation and track issues, maintaining readiness logs and risks.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to align priorities and support successful delivery.
