Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or IT-related major, business, finance or accounting or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Workday PSA and Financials modules.
• IIBA cert or demonstrated equivalent with BA focus.
• Five+ years of job-related experience, including 3+ years with Workday.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives and own BA deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with business leaders and IT to gather and translate requirements.
• Lead development of business cases and requirements documentation.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from requirements to implementation and post-deployment optimization.
• Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with architects, QA, and technical teams on solution designs.
