Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Owner for the Global IT New Product Introduction (NPI) domain. You will partner with business and IT leads, drive dialogue on offers within guard rails, and translate cross‑business requirements into IT specs for development teams.

You’ll own the product roadmap, work with CX to craft simple NPIs experiences, and collaborate across functions to accelerate value. Strong executive communication and agile delivery are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional IT experience.
• 5+ years of Product Owner experience.
• Evidence of executive communication and agile delivery proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leads and IT peers to understand demand and translate into IT requirements.
• Own a clear and compelling vision of the product and its roadmap.
• Collaborate with CX to build the simplest experiences for NPIs.
• Drive cross‑sell opportunities across mergers and acquisitions.
• Prioritize features with business partners and deliver on time/budget.
• Implement engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures as measured by business goals and satisfaction.
• Define and enable delivery metrics and reporting.
• Maintain the product backlog and ensure continuous backlog refinement.
• Translate changing business needs into practical functional requirements.
