The role requires 8+ years IT experience, 5+ years as a Product Owner, and a track record of delivering end-to-end product capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of professional IT experience
• 5+ years of Product Owner experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leads and IT peers to understand demand and streamline offers within guard rails
• Translate business needs into IT requirements for development teams
• Collaborate with CX team to build simple NPIs experiences
• Drive product roadmap, market analysis, and competitive analysis
• Maintain the product backlog and prioritize features with business partners
• Ensure delivery of commitments on time and within budget
• Define delivery metrics and reporting
• Own a clear, compelling product vision
