You will help design, troubleshoot, and translate business needs into IT requirements for development teams, partnering with CX and cross‑functional colleagues to deliver integrated customer experiences for NPIs.

You will drive the product roadmap, perform market and competitive analyses, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This remote role offers a competitive base salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional IT experience.
• 5+ years of Product Owner experience.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into IT requirements for development teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leads and IT peers to understand demand and drive streamlined offers within guard rails.
• Translate requirements from stakeholders into clear IT requirements for development teams.
• Collaborate with CX to build the simplest NPIs experiences.
• Focus on cross‑sell opportunities across mergers and acquisitions.
• Own the product roadmap, market analysis and competitive analysis.
• Prioritize work with business product partners and manage delivery metrics.
