Job summary
Labcorp is seeking a Technical Product Owner in Durham, NC to guide AI-enabled product development across diverse teams. You will bridge traditional software delivery with AI-driven lifecycles, coordinating with clinicians, data scientists, engineers, and QA to deliver enhanced clinical reporting and decision support.
You will lead discovery, experimentation, and delivery, promoting Agile practices while adapting to AI-enabled processes.
Qualifications
- Experience leading cross-functional IT delivery teams in SDLC environments.
- Experience with AI-enabled development lifecycles (AI-DLC) preferred.
- Proven ability to manage delivery using agile frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional development teams in a hybrid SDLC/AI-DLC delivery model.
- Facilitate meetings and decision-making across all product lifecycle phases.
- Coordinate release and solution management with Project Managers.
- Communicate progress, risks and mitigation plans to leadership.
- Oversee Agile ceremonies and artifacts for AI-driven workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science on AI-driven requirements.
- Ensure product documentation supports AI-enabled development and traceability.
- Promote Agile and emerging AI practices across teams.
